Desired Qualifications:

• Active CA Occupational Therapy license (required)
• Experience working in schools or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of school-based OT practices and relevant IEP processes
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families
• Strong time management and documentation skills

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, focusing on development of fine motor skills, sensory integration, and activities of daily living
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement effective therapeutic strategies within the classroom and clinic
• Maintain timely and accurate records in accordance with school and state requirements
• Educate and empower families and staff to support students' ongoing progress
