We are seeking a motivated and client-focused professional to join our wealth management team in a service-oriented role that supports high-quality client experiences and seamless day-to-day operations. In this position, you will help maintain strong relationships with clients, coordinate account servicing needs, and support advisors and internal teams with timely, accurate follow-through. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where professionalism and responsiveness matter.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional support to clients by phone, email, and in person.
• Assist with account maintenance, service requests, documentation, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with advisors, operations teams, custodians, and other internal partners to resolve client needs.
• Prepare and organize client paperwork, meeting materials, and account-related documents.
• Track outstanding tasks and ensure timely completion of client service requests.
• Support client onboarding and transitions by helping gather information and manage workflow.
• Maintain accurate records and update client information in firm systems.
• Uphold confidentiality, compliance standards, and firm policies in all client interactions.
• Contribute to a positive client experience by demonstrating professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in client service, administrative support, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and handle inquiries professionally.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort using CRM systems, account platforms, and standard office software.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential information.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to service and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting advisors or clients in wealth management, investment management, banking, or financial planning.
• Familiarity with account opening, transfers, billing, or other investment-related service processes.
• Knowledge of financial industry terminology and client servicing procedures.
• Professional certifications or coursework relevant to financial services.
