Heartline Staffing is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse PCU for a high-demand travel assignment.

This role supports patients requiring intermediate-level care and close monitoring in a progressive care unit. The ideal candidate is confident in acute care environments and works effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation:
Because travel rates change frequently based on market demand and facility needs, compensation packages are customized for each traveler.

Schedule:
• Night shift, 3x12
• Hours: 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• 13-week assignment
• Schedule may vary based on department needs

Unit Details:
• Progressive Care Unit PCU
• Intermediate acuity patient population
• Cardiac and medical monitoring environment
• Collaborative interdisciplinary care team

Responsibilities:
• Provide safe, high-quality patient care within PCU setting
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Accurately document patient care and treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and clinical standards
Requirements:

• Active RN license in state of assignment or ability to obtain
• Minimum clinical experience required for PCU specialty
• BLS certification required
• Additional certifications may be required depending on facility
• Prior travel experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills required
