This role requires at least 3 years of experience in construction, skilled trades, or industrial recruiting, with staffing experience preferred and Spanish and English fluency.The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for craft and construction professionals, qualify candidates, attending industry and boots on the ground events, support onboarding, and serve as a key liaison between field operations and HR.This position is a part of a high-performing, established recruiting team with strong systems, resources, and leadership support. We are looking to add individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver results in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.Responsibilities:Field Recruiting (Skilled Trades, Construction)- On-site position with travel requirements; this is not a remote role. Flexible scheduling within established business needsSource and connect with hourly trades talent through job boards, referrals, events, and local networksBuild strong pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill field rolesScreen candidates for skills, experience, and job fitPartner with Field TeamsWork closely with Ops, PMs, and field leaders to understand staffing needs and timelinesStay ahead of hiring demands and flag any gaps earlyShare what you're seeing in the market (availability, pay trends, hiring challenges)Field Presence & EventsRepresent the company at job fairs, trade schools, and community eventsHelp run proprietary hiring events and local recruiting effortsBuild relationships with workforce programs and trade partnersCandidate ExperienceBe the main point of contact for candidates through the processKeep communication clear and timely from screen to hire to onboardingMake sure candidates have a smooth, positive experienceAdmin & TrackingKeep systems and trackers updated (apps, pipelines, hires, metrics)Stay compliant with hiring policies and documentationTrack basic metrics like time-to-fill and hiring resultsOnboarding SupportPartner with HR/ops to ensure smooth start for new hiresSupport early retention (first 30–90 days)Performance FocusFill roles quickly with quality candidatesMaintain strong pipelines for field rolesImprove hiring speed, retention, and event successRequired Qualifications:Preferred four-year college degree in Human Resources or business-related fieldAt minimum 3 years of experience in full cycle recruitmentHigh volume recruiting experience in Trades, Construction, and/or Professional RecruitingExperience developing and implementing recruitment strategies that positively impact time to fill, quality of hire, and other recruiting metrics and outcomes.Bilingual Spanish/English is preferredExperience with HR Systems and Applicant Tracking platformsProficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects is desiredHighly motivated, independent drive, self-directed, and results driven to help the company achieve its aggressive staffing goals.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and under deadline-based requirements.Compensation:Competitive Salary + Yearly BonusPaid Holidays and VacationHealth, Vision, and Dental Insurance plus additional voluntary plans401K with company matchCompany phone, computer,Mileage reimbursement for all work-related travelMuller Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer and makes hiring decisions solely on the basis of merit
