Foreman will lead crews performing most all tasks associated with the assembly and installation of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal. Foreman will supervise and work with all personnel engaged in plumbing related tasks. Applicants must be customer focused, able to deliver positive results and build client relationships. Qualifications And Traits Of a Mark III Foreman 5 plus years of commercial/industrial plumbing experience or a combination of field experience and education in the trade. Must have experience successfully running and leading crews Set goals for the team - always goal oriented Able to create, read and follow construction schedules and documents Willingness and ability to build strong relationships with Superintendents and PMs BIM modeling and Trimble knowledge - influence design and be an integral player in preconstruction Construction administrative duties: submittals, RFI's and change orders Proficient at tracking daily's and labor as well as forecasting manpower Ability to interpret plans and specifications Possess knowledge of project scopes and ability to recognize changes in scopes of work Comfortable with purchasing material and material take offs Successful managing large complex projects and multiple jobs at one timeMust be knowledgeable of relevant codes and regulations OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred Certification in the operation of equipment and/or in other pertinent areas is a plus Knowledge of multiple trades Leadership and mentorship skills Safety oriented at all times Organized and detail oriented - able to anticipate problems Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record and reliable transportation Able to collaborate with other trades and have the "Power of One" mindset Graduate of PHCC or similar apprenticeship preferred Physical Demands of posted job Required to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs Required walking for long and short distances, walking from one worksite to another Required to perform repetitive motion tasks Required to pull or push using force Required to stand for sustained periods of time Required to bend or twist at the neck and torso Required to crouching, squatting, stooping, kneeling Required to use and climb ladders to work from heights Required to use scissor, boom, and other personnel lifts to access the work area Required to reach above head Required to reach forward, grab, grasp, pinching, handle material and tools using upper extremities Required to lift objects from low to high positions in horizontal to vertical motions Required to talk, express, or exchange detailed, important information by means of verbal communication Constantly Required to hear sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction.
