Express Employment is actively hiring professional Service Coordinators for a local growing company!

Responsibilities

Professionally greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email
Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests
Communicate updates and timelines to customers
Create and maintain accurate records and documentation
Process payments, invoices, and related paperwork as needed

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
Previous Service Coordinator of Advisor experience is a plus
