Global Payroll Director: Standalone Transformation

IFF is seeking a Director, Global Payroll to lead the execution, implementation, and stabilization of the global payroll function as it transitions to a standalone organization. You will drive Day 1 readiness, ongoing operational excellence, and future-state ownership of payroll across 45+ countries and ~5,700 employees. The role requires hands-on transformation leadership, vendor management, and close partnership with HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, and IT to ensure compliant and scalable payroll #J-18808-Ljbffr IFF
