may coordinate highly complex activities and resolutionsProvide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding Commercial Banking Relationship Management company wide strategies that significantly influence the organization's business and financial operationsStrategically lead all levels of professional and managers across the enterprise to improve processes and risk control, resolve client issues while achieving Wells Fargo’s business objectives, and represent the company externally as an expert; act as a mentor for less experienced colleaguesDrive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of solutions and maintain sales and pipeline disciplines by keeping information current in relevant systemsStrategically lead and support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new Commercial Banking clients, by cultivating relationships through existing networksPartner with Commercial Lending Product Management to provide vision, leadership, and expertise on client and market needs to enable large-scale companywide strategies that significantly influence the organization's business and financial operationsRequired Qualifications:10+ years of Mid-Corporate Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Demonstrated experience serving middle‑market/ mid -corporate Food & Agribusiness clients across the Western United States, including producers, processors, distributors, and agribusiness service providers.Strong understanding of industry‑specific dynamics such as commodity price volatility, seasonal cash‑flow cycles, water and land considerations, supply‑chain risk, and regulatory factors impacting food and agricultural businesses.Proven ability to structure and manage credit solutions tailored to the unique operating and capital needs of Food & Agribusiness clients while partnering with internal product and risk teamsSuccessfully completed FINRA Series 63 and Series 79 exam to qualify for immediate registrationJob Expectations:Obtaining FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses, or equivalent must be completed within 180-days of date of hire if not immediately available to transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted. Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position. In addition, state registration, specific product licenses or SAFE licensing may apply. Additional requirements include meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards. Wells Fargo will initiate the FINRA review process at the time of offer acceptance. Compliance with state law registration and licensing requirements is mandatory.Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process. For specific FINRA qualification exams obtained after 9/30/2018, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam co-requisite may also be required.This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.Internal transfers are subject to compliance with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification.Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship This position offers a hybrid work scheduleAbility to travel up to 50% of the time Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
