With over 200 new vehicles in stock and nearly 700 vehicles in our incoming pipeline, you'll have access to one of the strongest inventories in the state. Responsibilities Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process Respond promptly to internet, phone, text, chat, and showroom inquiries Build rapport and identify customer vehicle needs Schedule and confirm appointments Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives Follow up consistently with prospects and previous customers Present pricing, financing, trade‑in, and ownership options professionally Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals Qualifications Strong communication, customer service, and closing skills Professional phone and email communication skills Experience working internet leads and CRM systems preferred DealerSocket experience is a plus Strong computer and technology skills Motivated, competitive, and goal‑oriented mindset Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Compensation Uncapped earning potential for motivated, performance‑driven professionals.
