Director of Recruiting

To support a growing oncology company, the fully remote Director of Recruiting will own the talent strategy, build and lead a recruiting team, and partner with leadership on workforce planning while managing critical corporate and clinical searches. Key responsibilities Own the hiring plan by creating a comprehensive view of headcount needs tied to market launch timelines Diagnose and stabilize the recruitment funnel, intervening in roles at risk of missing launch timelines Build the market entry playbook by mapping the talent landscape in new markets for effective recruitment Required qualifications 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 2-3 years in a leadership role in a high-growth healthcare or tech-enabled services organization Experience managing hiring plans during periods of rapid scale, particularly in clinical and corporate talent acquisition Proven success in fast-paced environments, demonstrating comfort with ambiguity and rapid change Experience building recruiting operations, including ATS architecture and interview processes Strong commercial judgment and ability to partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and compensation
