This position is ideal for students with prior experience in event support or A/V technology who are looking to expand their leadership and troubleshooting skills. In addition to set-up and monitoring, Level 2 assistants will help train new student staff, troubleshoot real-time issues, and serve as primary contacts for on-site event tech support when needed.
