Preservation Architect

Overview The Preservation Architect will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures across the United States. The role involves assessing structural conditions, developing restoration plans, and overseeing the execution of these initiatives. Responsibilities Work closely with clients to assess the condition of buildings, create restoration plans, and manage the implementation of those plans to ensure quality and compliance with preservation standards. Qualifications • Degree in architecture. • Minimum five years of experience on preservation projects. • Strong knowledge of historical building materials, construction techniques, and preservation guidelines. • Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
