Schaaf Floral is a locally loved flower shop in Fridley, just north of Minneapolis. We've been spreading joy through flowers for decadeswhether it's a birthday bouquet, a wedding centerpiece, a heartfelt funeral tribute, or just a "thinking of you" moment. But here's the thing: we're not in it just for the flowers (though we think they're pretty amazing). We're here because we believe flowers have powerthey help people say what words can't. We use the beauty of creation to help others express real emotions and meaningful moments. Our team is built on excellence, teamwork, and purpose. And yeswe work hard, move fast, and get messy but we still love the smell of fresh roses in the air (even if we don't always have time to "stop and smell the roses").

As a Floral Support Assistant, you'll be right in the heart of the actionworking closely with our designers, customer service team, and delivery crew to keep things running smoothly and beautifully. Your day might include:

• Prepping fresh flowers (stripping, trimming, hydrating)
• Wrapping and packaging completed arrangements for delivery
• Processing incoming flower shipments and organizing inventory
• Tidying and maintaining workspaces and supplies
• Greeting walk-in customers and answering phones
• Taking and entering orders with care and accuracy
• Helping out wherever neededwe're a team!

This is an ideal entry-level position for someone who:

• Loves working with their hands and has an eye for detail
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Brings a positive, can-do attitude every day
• Is organized, reliable, and ready to learn
• Communicates well and enjoys helping customers

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or creative fields is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train the right person!

• Ability to stand, move quickly, and bend throughout your shift
• Can lift up to 20 lbs frequently
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays during peak times
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team
