Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Summary Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, families, and caregivers to provide behavioral health services and interventions, as well as give guidance and supervision to RBTs assigned to cases. Duties Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers Requirements BCBA certification from the BACB LBA license in the state of Ohio Experience working with children with autism Proficiency in behavioral assessments and interventions Familiarity with HIPAA regulations Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and caregivers Compensation Pay: $72,000 - $92,000 annually Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits 401(k) 2% matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Flexible schedule Schedule Monday to Friday Location & Travel Work Location: Hybrid Ability to relocate: Ohio (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Required) Our Values Compassion: We prioritize kindness and empathy in all our interactions.
