Clinical Supervisor / Outpatient Therapist (LCSW Preferred, LSATP Preferred)

Nairobi Integrated Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and outpatient behavioral health services. Preference will be given to candidates who also hold a Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner (LSATP) credential and have experience working with individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

This position offers an opportunity to help shape and strengthen a growing behavioral health organization committed to providing quality, person-centered care throughout Hampton Roads.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision to clinical staff.
• Support staff development, training, and professional growth.
• Review clinical documentation, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure quality and compliance.
• Assist with quality assurance and program development initiatives.
• Provide outpatient therapy services to adults and adolescents.
• Ensure clinical services are delivered in accordance with DBHDS, Medicaid, ethical, and professional standards.
• Participate in case consultations and multidisciplinary treatment planning.
• Assist with oversight of clinical operations and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia LCSW required.
• LSATP preferred.
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
• Experience providing clinical supervision and staff development.
• Knowledge of Virginia behavioral health regulations and Medicaid requirements.
• Experience working with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Compensation

• $65–$75 per hour, based on experience, credentials, and supervisory experience.
