Pay

$63~$70 per hour

Requirements

• Eaglesoft
• Infection Control License
• Licensed dental hygienist

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license for the state of California
Proficiency with Eaglesoft practice management software
Solid understanding of dental terminology, infection control, and aseptic technique
Prior experience in a dental office or clinical environment
Strong communication skills for effective patient and team interaction
Ability and willingness to assist chairside during dental procedures

Job Description

Perform detailed patient assessments including medical history reviews and vital signs monitoring
Execute dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing using proficient techniques
Utilize imaging equipment to support diagnosis and treatment planning
Educate patients on preventive oral health and hygiene practices
Maintain organized and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA
Assist dentists chairside during procedures within a four-handed dentistry framework
Apply infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety
Collaborate effectively with dental team members to provide comprehensive care
Stay current with dental terminology, anatomy, and medical coding standards
