We are seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to become a vital part of our dental team. This role offers a stable and rewarding opportunity to work four days per week, delivering exceptional hygiene care to our valued patients. We also welcome temporarily hired hygienists interested in a short-term position until a permanent team member is secured.

Pay

$58~$62 per hour

Requirements

• Licensed dental hygienist

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license for the state of California (preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent clinical skills with proficiency in dental hygiene procedures
Outstanding chairside manner, compassionate patient care, and strong communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics
Commitment to continuing education and development of professional skills

Job Description

Conduct thorough dental cleanings, scaling, polishing, and preventive treatments
Take and interpret dental radiographs (X-rays)
Conduct periodontal assessments and charting
Educate and motivate patients on oral hygiene and preventative dental care
Collaborate closely with dentists and dental assistants to deliver comprehensive dental care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with HIPAA and office policies
Adhere to infection control procedures and safety protocols throughout the practice
Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
Participate in continuing education to stay current on best practices and advancements in dental hygiene
