Systems Engineer - Defense, Security, & Critical Infrastructure - Columbia, MD / Coppell, TX

Deliver exceptional pre- and post-sales support, including conducting customer demonstrations, writing technical proposals, and creating quotes. Take, derive, and translate customer needs/CONOPs into requirements. Create complete system architecture with high-level to detailed designs. - Ensure requirement compliance satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Review and approve technical drawings and specifications with peer teams. Work closely with the Project Management, Integration, and Production teams throughout the project lifecycle, from design to execution and delivery. Provide technical support from project initiation to closeout, bringing a requirement validation and customer satisfaction first mindset and serve as the technical interface between internal and external clients. Orchestrate and conduct internal and customer system design and requirement events within project schedule and budget Methodically evaluate and test new products, providing support to existing customers with upgrades. Collaborate with team members internally and externally, fostering strong working relationships to achieve business objectives.
