Gigi Wine Bar and Bistro is a lively, European-inspired bistro serving fresh oysters, high-quality steaks, seafood, handcrafted burgers, and classic French fries. We take pride in creating an exciting yet approachable dining experience, pairing great food with an excellent selection of wines. Our kitchen is fast-paced, fun, and professionalperfect for those who are passionate about cooking and hospitality.

We're looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. You'll be responsible for executing high-quality dishes with precision and consistency. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with fresh ingredients, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standards, including oysters, burgers, steaks, seafood, and sides.
Maintain consistency in food preparation, presentation, and quality.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with prep work and ensure station is stocked and ready for service.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Help maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant.
Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Passion for food and attention to detail.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
