Client-Facing Leadership

Own the client relationship from kickoff through delivery. Communicate complex solutions with clarity and confidence.

Lead end-to-end Business Central projects - requirements, configuration, data migration, training, and go-live.

Results-Driven Delivery

Drive implementations to successful, on-time outcomes. Manage scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Post-Implementation Support

Provide ongoing support, optimization, and guidance to ensure clients continue to get maximum value from BC.

Microsoft Partner Channel Experience Required

This role demands a deep understanding of the Partner ecosystem - working within a Microsoft Partner environment is a non-negotiable foundation for success here.What We're Looking For

* 4+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
* Proven track record working within the Microsoft Partner Channel
* Multiple full-cycle Business Central implementations under your belt - from scoping to go-live
* Excellent client-facing communication skills - comfortable leading workshops, demos, and executive conversations
* Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional BC solutions
* Experience providing post-implementation support and system optimisation
* Collaborative, self-motivated mindset with a genuine drive to deliver results
