Launch Potato's performance creative runs on briefs. Every asset the Creative Design team produces starts with a brief that specifies the persona, hook rationale, format, platform context, CTA, and the performance hypothesis being tested. The Creative Strategist is the person who writes those briefs and owns the full upstream strategy behind them. You determine what gets made, who it's for, and why it should win, and you communicate it with enough precision that nothing is lost between strategy and execution.
