Third Party Specialist

MAJOR FUNCTION:
Assures the correct processing of billings, disbursements and reconciliations.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 1. Perform Preliminary & Final billing to HRA for 819 Residential programs
- 2. Post payments from HRA and allocate by program report unit
- 3. Keep track HRA Overpayment & Underpayment on the monthly basis
- 5. Providing Room and Board Breakdowns for OASAS HRA Residential Facilities
- 6. Prepare billing and review collection of Working/Self Pay Client Fees
- 7. All other projects related to the department as needed
REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION/TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES.
- Associate Degree or current student.
- 2 years of billing experience.
- PC literate with proficiency in MS Excel and Adobe Acrobat PDF.
