What You’ll Do

• Inspect products, processes, and systems to verify conformance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Record findings, maintain accurate inspection data, and deliver detailed reports for leadership review.
• Partner with engineering, production, and quality to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor junior inspectors, sharing best practices and refining techniques.
• Track evolving regulations and trends to safeguard continued compliance.
• Support internal/external audits and assessments.
• Enhance inspection protocols and procedures for consistency and effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or degrees are a plus.
• At least 5 years in inspection or quality assurance roles.
• Strong command of inspection-related standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills and careful attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills—written and verbal.
• Ability to contribute both independently and in team environments.
• Hands-on skill with inspection tools and software.
