ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:

✔️ ERP Support - Functional & Technical Support

✔️ PeopleSoft Support - HCM / FSCM / Campus Solutions

✔️ Remote Support - L1/L2 End-user Support

✔️ Admin Role - User Admin, Roles, Permissions, Security

✔️ Full Ownership of Support & Ticket Resolution

✅ REQUIREMENTS:

✔️ 8+ Years ERP Experience

✔️ PeopleSoft Support / Admin Experience Preferred

✔️ Remote Support Experience

✔️ Admin Skills - Security, Process Scheduler, App Server

✔️ Strong Communication & Customer Service

✔️ SQL / PeopleTools Knowledge is a Plus
