Collections Associate
Virtual Vocations Inc
As a full-time remote Collections Associate II, the successful candidate will manage order approval, collections, and cash application for assigned customers, including making collection calls, responding to inquiries, and providing account information. Key responsibilities: Build cross-functional partnerships between credit, cash application, customer service, and the sales team to address customer needs Oversee a portfolio of AR accounts valued at $500K or more, servicing customer inquiries and resolving issues Provide customers with copies of invoices and statements while collaborating with various departments to assist in account management Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent 3+ years of experience in B2B credit and collections Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Suite skills, particularly in Excel Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or Peoplesoft Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment
