You’ll do it at a comfortable, professional office center centrally located on Paxton Street in Harrisburg, Pa., near multiple Interstate 83 exits, providing easy access for those throughout the region.

Schedule:

• Monday- Friday
• No Weekends
• Flex-schedule
• Remote work is not available for this position
• Full Time - 40 hours per week
• Part Time - 25 hours per week

Pay Range: $17-$20/hourly, paid biweekly . There is paid training, and there are opportunities to earn weekly incentive bonuses.

Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Collecting delinquent accounts through a manual system
• Ability to effectively work both individually and in a team setting
• Capacity to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and respectful communication with consumers, clients, management and peers
• Comprehension and appropriate execution of laws and regulations pertaining to the industry
• Above all, maintain 100% client satisfaction

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or high school equivalent
• Minimum 6 months experience with customer service is required
• 1+ year experience with customer service in a call center/collections preferred
