A lovely family with four school-age children is hiring a hands-on Executive Housekeeper for a full-time, year-round position based in Wellington, Florida. For a few months the role will be based in Palm Beach, FL while a renovation is completed on the family's residence. We are hiring a full staff for this new family residence.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior Housekeeper who can lead by example, maintain exceptional standards, and manage another Housekeeper or two, while performing hands-on work.

Immediate in-person interviews. The family would like to have the EHK hired by mid-July with a start date between August 1-10, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily housekeeping, deep cleaning, laundry, linen care, and household organization.
• Help maintain a smooth daily operation and communicate proactively regarding household needs or maintenance concerns.
• Mentor the other housekeepers and fostering a team culture with high standards.
• Oversee household inventories and provisioning.
• Support weekend coverage as part of a shared team rotation.
• The ability to travel to other family homes for 3-4 weeks per year is a big plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar private household or luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent, verifiable references.
• Proven ability to manage a team of housekeepers while working alongside them.
• Strong organizational skills, excellent standards, discretion, and a service-minded approach.
• Must have strong English communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working in a home with two large dogs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Schedule

• Generally, five days per week with two consecutive days off. (Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat)
  • All team members assist with weekend coverage.
  • Daytime hours with some flexibility for early evening coverage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $45-$55 per hour, depending on experience.
• Outstanding benefits package includes an annual discretionary bonus, fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays.
