This position will be in-office Monday- Friday 9:30 am-6:00 pm./ppThe ideal candidate will have the skills and experience necessary to:/pulliBe responsible for data entry of customer account information for one or more of the following: Checking, Savings, Safety Deposit Boxes, Installment Loans, Check Reserves, Commercial Loans, Charge offs, ATM, Debit and Credit Cards, submitted by branches./liliAccurately execute core maintenance (Address/Profile/De-duping) while meeting productivity goals./liliMaintain accounts by performing various updates such as name and address changes, adding and deleting signers and card (ATM, Debit and Credit) requests./liliMaintain standardization of the Customer Information Files (CIF) dictated by policy and procedures determined by the company./liliHandle telephone customer service calls from branches and other departments for input of various application data and changes./liliCorrespond with clients or bank personnel on various items processed./liliBe responsible for producing, tracking and monitoring reports./liliPerform other duties as assigned./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliRequires High School diploma or equivalent and some data entry, typing or ten key or other directly related experience./liliStrong attention to detail to identify trends, inconsistencies, and recurring issues within error queues./liliProficient in using standard procedures (EKB) to resolve issues while actively contributing to team FAQs and workflow improvements./liliStrong written and verbal communications skills across various channels (email, phone, queues)./liliCollaborative team player proficient with MS Teams, focused on sharing insights and partnering cross-departmentally to resolve data issues./liliBasic knowledge of 10 key, data entry, typing, pcs and customer service skills./liliUse and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts./li/ulpBenefits:/pulliMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance - START DAY ONE!/liliLife and Disability Insurance, Paid Parental Leave and Adoption Assistance/liliHealth Savings (HSA), Flexible Spending (FSA) and dependent care accounts/liliPaid Training, Paid Time Off (PTO) and 11 Paid Federal Holidays, and any applicable state holidays/lili401(k) plan with company match, Profit Sharing, competitive compensation in line with work experience/liliMental health benefits including coaching and therapy sessions/liliTuition Reimbursement for qualifying employees enrolled in an accredited degree program related to the needs of the business, maximum of $5,250 per calendar year, employees are eligible for the program upon hire/liliEmployee Ambassador preferred banking products/li/ulpPay range (depending on experience): $18.00-$25.00/p/div
