Mission of Role The Practice Administrator leads the day-to-day operations of the dental office, creating a positive and efficient environment for both patients and employees. This role ensures operational excellence in line with the Dental Excellence Group’s values and growth strategy. Performance Indicators: Increase in monthly production and collections Reduction in employee turnover High patient retention and satisfaction scores Control of overhead costs within budget New patient acquisition aligned with marketing goals Responsibilities Leadership & Culture Foster a positive culture aligned with the Dental Excellence Group’s purpose and values. Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing, patient-focused team. Support change initiatives and drive team buy-in on company goals. Operational & Financial Oversight Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource planning. Drive profitability by managing controllables (labor, supplies, maintenance). Ensure effective billing, collections, insurance claim processes, and financial reporting. Patient Experience & Growth Monitor patient satisfaction and retention. Support marketing campaigns and community outreach to drive new patient growth. Hold the team accountable to scheduling and care protocols. Compliance & Administration Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Ensure the facility, equipment, and technology are properly maintained. Accurately complete all administrative and reporting tasks.
