Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Rural Health Clinic

Location: International Falls, MN
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Setting: Rural Health Clinic
Pay Rate: $22.82–$30.93/hour (DOE)
Shift: Days | 5 × 8-hour or 4 × 10-hour shifts
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week
Weekends/Holidays: None
On-Call: None

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a rural outpatient clinic.
• Assist physicians and providers with examinations and treatments.
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures within scope of practice.
• Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate medical records.
• Document patient care using the Epic EHR system.
• Support other clinic providers and nurses as needed.

Requirements

• Active Minnesota LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Negative TB screening required.
• Strong patient care, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an outpatient clinic setting.
