Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Medical Surgical

Location: International Falls, Minnesota
Job Type: Permanent Placement
Schedule: 4×10-hour shifts OR 5×8-hour shifts
Salary: $22.82–$30.93/hour, based on experience

This is an excellent permanent opportunity for an LPN looking for stable full-time hours, a predictable schedule, and an outpatient clinical environment . The LPN will work closely with providers and nursing staff to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to Rural Health Clinic patients.
• Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and clinical information.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to providers.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures.
• Educate patients on medications, treatments, follow-up care, and health management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in Epic .
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Float within the clinic as needed to support providers and nursing staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Provide professional, compassionate, patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Current Minnesota LPN license – Required
• BLS certification – Required
• Negative TB test – Required
• Previous LPN experience preferred.
• Medical-Surgical, outpatient, clinic, or rural healthcare experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative provider/nursing environment.

Compensation

$22.82–$30.93/hour , based on experience.

At 40 hours/week, estimated annual compensation is approximately:

$47,466–$64,334/year
