Pay & Benefits
- Salary: $95,000 $135,000 annually (depending on experience)
- Additional Compensation: Open to negotiations for relocation and sign-on bonus
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision with HSA & FSA, PTO, 401(k) with company match, Life & Long-Term Disability insurance
- Pay Package: $95,000 (at the lower end of the scale)
- Placement Fee: 20% of annual salary, paid in 30/60/90 days milestones, pending continued employment
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations of the surgical department, including pre-op, OR, PACU, and central processing
- Manage orthopedic and general surgery outreach clinics
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
- Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize departmental workflows
- Lead and support surgical team, fostering a culture of safety and excellence
- Implement policies aligned with the facility's mission, vision, and values
- Maintain efficient utilization of resources and department staffing
What You Need
Required:
- MN RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a surgical department
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
Preferred:
- CNOR certification
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
- 3+ years management or leadership experience
