• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems
• Perform repairs on heating and cooling equipment
• Complete preventative maintenance services
• Educate customers on system performance and recommended solutions
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every service call

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Relevant HVAC licenses and certifications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Field role: This work takes place at customer homes and job sites rather than a single facility. You’ll be based within driving distance and make day trips to local sites, with most nights at home.
