We are seeking a Retail RV Sales Representative to join our team! 

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recreational Vehicle Sales Representative, located in Elkhart, IN. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers in the selection and purchase of recreational vehicles, building relationships with clients to understand their needs, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. The role involves maintaining product knowledge, preparing sales documentation, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals.

 

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sales techniques, customer service, and client relationship management
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, in a clear and professional manner
• Strong negotiation, active listening, and customer follow-up skills
• Knowledge of the recreational vehicle industry and a passion for outdoor activities is a plus
• Self-motivation, proactive approach, and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Basic proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or related field preferred
