The employee sets Support Center policies and procedures, and assigns, directs, and reviews the work of subordinates.* Reviews and evaluates requests for equipment and Support Services, performs product research and procurement, produces bid specifications, and performs bid submittal reviews.* The assigned projects to this employee may pertain to highly technical areas in which the constraints defining the nature of the system are initially vague or unknown* handles support tickets and provides assistance to the team when additional help, training and mentoring is needed**Minimum Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.* Three years of related work experience that includes experience in supervising technical employees.* Must possess/maintain valid Missouri Driver's License and provide his/her own transportation.* Must submit to/pass pre-employment background and drug screen.*If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!*
