Assistant General Manager – Fine Dining Seafood Restaurant
We are seeking an exceptional Assistant General Manager to join a growing fine dining seafood restaurant company committed to serving the highest-quality seafood with impeccable service and hospitality .

The Opportunity
As Assistant General Manager, you will partner with the General Manager to lead the restaurant team and deliver an exceptional experience every day.
We are looking for a leader who believes that great restaurants are built through great people, high standards, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality .
What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire the front-of-house team
Deliver exceptional, polished, and personalized guest service
Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and restaurant execution
Coach, train, and develop managers and team members
Build a positive, accountable, people-first culture
Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, premium seafood, wine, and beverage offerings
Partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless FOH/BOH execution
Drive sales, productivity, labor management, and overall restaurant performance
Be highly visible on the floor and lead by example during service
Help identify and develop the restaurant's future leaders
What We’re Looking For
Management experience in fine dining, upscale seafood, steakhouse, or polished casual restaurants
Passion for exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Strong leadership and people-development skills
High standards with outstanding attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-expectation environment
Professional presence and strong communication skills
Desire to continue growing into a General Manager and future leadership position
