Real Estate Property & Development Accounting Director
Hines
Hines is seeking a Director of Property and Development Accounting to lead the accounting for assigned projects, supervise staff, and ensure GAAP compliance. You will coordinate with Tax, AP, and Finance, review funding requests, and oversee monthly/quarterly reporting.
You should have CPA, a Bachelor’s in accounting or related field, and 6+ years in professional accounting with real estate experience. This is a senior role based in Dallas with opportunities to drive process improvements.
