Integrated Master Scheduler

Supporting a mission-critical Department of Veterans Affairs program, the full-time Integrated Master Scheduler will develop and manage the program's master schedule, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex, multi-year VA programs using MS Project or equivalent tools Coordinate inputs from multiple project managers and functional leads to ensure accurate schedule alignment and dependency tracking Conduct regular schedule status reviews with VA stakeholders and internal delivery teams, generating reports and dashboards for senior leadership Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience) 10+ years of experience as a scheduler or project controls analyst on federal programs Proficiency in Microsoft Project Strong knowledge of project management principles (PMBOK, EVM, critical path method) Ability to obtain a Level 3 Public Trust
