Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time) Social Media | Influencer Marketing | Events & Community Engagement Job Type: Part-Time | 25 Hours per Week Schedule: Hybrid. 3 Days In-Person + Flexible Remote Hours Compensation: Competitive Pay Start Date: Immediate About the Role: We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help bring two unique restaurant brands to life! Our two concepts- Wake Coffee and Bites & Blends are independently branded businesses under the same ownership, located just 10 minutes apart in Ambler, PA and Dresher, PA. We’re searching for someone who loves social media, thrives on connecting with people, and is passionate about creating memorable experiences and building a strong sense of community. This is a hands‑on, creative role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact across three exciting areas: social media, influencer marketing, and events. Social Media Content Creation & Management Create high-quality, engaging content for Instagram and TikTok. Film, photograph, edit, and publish content that showcases our food, drinks, atmosphere, team, and customer experience. Develop creative content ideas that align with each brand’s unique identity. Manage social media accounts for both businesses, including planning and scheduling posts. Stay on top of social media trends and identify creative opportunities to increase engagement and brand awareness. Regularly visit both restaurant locations to capture fresh, authentic content. 1. Influencer Marketing & Partnerships Research and identify relevant local influencers and content creators. Proactively reach out to influencers and invite them to collaborate with our restaurants. Coordinate influencer visits, including scheduling, communication, and on‑site arrangements. Manage the entire collaboration process, from initial outreach to ensuring agreed‑upon content is published. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and local community partners. Track influencer collaborations and their results. 1. Events & Community Engagement Brainstorm and develop creative event ideas that align with our brand and community. Plan and coordinate events hosted at even restaurant Manage event logistics, scheduling, promotion, and communication. Develop marketing strategies to generate excitement and attendance. Help host and oversee events to ensure everything runs smoothly. Build relationships with local businesses, community members, and potential event partners. Previous experience in social media management, content creation, influencer marketing, or event planning is a plus. Schedule & Work Arrangement This is a 25-hour-per-week, part-time hybrid position offering a combination of in-person collaboration and flexible remote work. 15 hours in person: Three days per week, five hours per day, based primarily at Wake Coffee. 10 flexible remote hours: The remaining 10 hours can be completed remotely, with flexibility in how you distribute them throughout the week. You will travel between our two restaurant locations (approximately 10 minutes apart) to create content and coordinate marketing activities. In-person attendance will also be required for scheduled events, as needed. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between both locations are required.
