• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Days, Nights, Swings
• ACLS and BLS required
• Average of 15 - 17 patient encounters/day, 1 - 3, 5 - 7 & 3 - 5 admits in day, swing, night shift
• Open ICU, admits
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
