Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO credentials from a recognized medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or current possession of) an active Louisiana medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications desirable.
