Key Responsibilities

Educational Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or current possession of) a valid Louisiana medical license.
