AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT

In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their automotive needs, provide expert guidance on Kia vehicles, and ensure a seamless sales experience. Your dedication and enthusiasm will help drive sales and foster long-lasting relationships with our customers. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences and budget. Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options. Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features. Negotiate sales terms and close agreements effectively. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kia products, promotions, and industry trends. Build and maintain a network of client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with finance and service departments to ensure smooth transaction processes. Requirements Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role preferred but DEFINITELY NOT REQUIRED! Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. Valid driver’s license and a good driving record. High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Benefits Competitive compensation ranging from $60,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year, paid semi-monthly.
