Sales Representative - West Texas - Emergency Care (Fire/EMS)

Stryker

Field-based sales representative role focused on promoting emergency care and fire/EMS products to pre-hospital providers across West Texas. The position involves building customer relationships, managing accounts, and driving sales through consultative approaches while staying current on industry trends.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell Emergency Care products including defibrillators and transport systems to fire departments and EMS agencies
Achieve assigned sales quota through consultative selling and product demonstrations
Build and maintain relationships with fire chiefs, medical directors, and administrators
Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to position products effectively
Coordinate setup and demonstrations of equipment at customer sites

Requirements

High school diploma and 5+ years professional experience
Valid driver's license with good driving record
Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds
Bachelor's degree preferred
Knowledge of sales reports, budgets, and customer service management
