Producer Branch Manager — Lead & Grow Mortgage Team

PRMI in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to continue originating while expanding a team. You will keep your own deals, while we provide processing, underwriting, and back-office support to boost production and branch results.
You'll recruit and coach loan officers, shape the branch culture, and drive profitability. A licensed NMLS with a solid local referral network is essential for success.
