JOB SUMMARY The Sports Imports Account Manager plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, managing CRM data, and supporting the sales team in achieving goals. This position ensures seamless collaboration with the marketing team to execute product-focused sales strategies, aligning efforts to maximize revenue and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and skilled in balancing multiple priorities to drive results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Customer Service Excellence Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuringtimelyandaccurateresponses. Resolve customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency,maintainingSports Imports’ reputation for exceptional service. Build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty. CRM Management and Data Integrity Maintain and update customer information and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Generate reports from the CRM to provide insights into customer trends, pipeline health, and sales performance. Use CRM data toidentifyopportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention. Sales Support Assist Sales Representatives in preparing proposals, managing accounts, and following up on leads. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignmentonstrategies, goals, and client needs. Help coordinate and manage the sales process, ensuring smooth handoffs and communication across teams. Meeting Sales Target Goals Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets by supporting account management activities and strategic initiatives. Proactivelyidentifyopportunities to driveadditionalrevenue through upselling and client engagement. Track progress against sales goals and provide regular updates to leadership. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, ora relatedfield preferred. 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales support. Proficiencyin CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing.
