Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Job Title: Studio Lead Company: MaxStrength Fitness Location: White Bear Lake, MN Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Base Salary, $50,000. Plus, uncapped performance bonuses & commission. Expected total cash compensation of $70,000+. Medical, Dental, PTO. Position Overview We are seeking an entrepreneurial, growth-minded Studio Lead to come on board as a founding team member. You will take full ownership of our brand-new studio’s success before day one. While you will oversee daily operations of a world-class fitness studio, your primary directive is growth: Driving sales, generating leads, closing memberships, and building our community. Leadership Spark: You know how to build a team culture from scratch, motivate people, and keep energy high. Operational Excellence: You are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of management experience preferably in fitness, retail, or hospitality. Experience in direct sales and lead generation. Flexibility: Work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to support launch events and peak hours. Key Responsibilities Sales & Growth Launch the Studio Drive the Sales Funnel Local Marketing & B2B Outreach Hit KPI Targets Studio Operations & Team Leadership Strength Training Clients Build the Team Culture & Performance Day-to-Day Management Schedule / Expected Work Hours Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays: 7 am - 1 pm and 3 pm – 7 pm Wednesdays, Fridays: 7:00 am - 1 pm Rotational Saturdays: 7:00 am - 1 pm Expected hours: 45 hours per week Company Overview This is just the beginning for MaxStrength Fitness.
