Stephen Gould - 5 Principals Your first 2 years are salaried while you build your individual business and master the product knowledge needed for long term success. Once you are ready, you will transition to a best in the industry, uncapped commission structure. You will have the opportunity to engage with current clients and independently pursue new business development as you grow your book of business, leveraging Stephen Gould's full lifecycle solutions. You will take ownership of sales initiatives and drive results by proactively leading communication with vendors, setting timetables, and ensuring deliverables are met. You’ll collaborate with members of the sales support team, providing direction as needed, and independently review production status with clients. Seek guidance from a sales management mentor to accelerate your impact and support your leadership growth.
