Outpatient Substance Use Clinician — Behavioral Health

PrimaryOne Health in Columbus, OH is seeking a Substance Use Disorder Outpatient Clinician to assess, diagnose and treat adults with behavioral health needs at the East Broad Street Health Center. Requirements include a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling, an Ohio license (LSW/LISW/LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, IMFT, IMFT-S), and 1–2 years of behavioral health experience.
