Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Centralia, Washington. This role involves providing emergency medical care to diverse patient populations, managing complex clinical procedures, and working within a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The position requires experienced RNs comfortable with a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio and handling a high patient throughput.

Job Details:

• Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: Centralia, Washington
• Start Date: 08/11/2026
• Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, three days per week
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; at least 2 years of experience seeing at least 100 patients daily and experienced with 4:1 ratios; certifications including ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC; experience with BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, care of ventilated patients, central line care/management, continuous intravenous sedation, general emergency department procedures, management of gunshot wounds, head injuries, isolation precautions, IV vasopressors, near drowning incidents, orthopedic trauma, phlebotomy, procedural sedation, starting and maintaining IVs, and triage experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic electronic medical record system; prior community hospital or trauma center experience is advantageous.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC
• Schedule: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: First-timers accepted; no on-call required; float within scope to meet facility needs; no local candidates accepted; all RTO must be included in submittal; references must cover a 1-year period (or 6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years; vaccinations not required at this time.
